02 · Scope

When these Terms apply

These Terms apply when you use the NoCryClub website, take the Life Check, create or save a journal configuration, create a customer account, place an order, receive a Physical Reset, or access a Digital Reset.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have had a reasonable opportunity to read these Terms and the information presented during the purchase flow. If mandatory consumer law gives you stronger rights than these Terms, the law takes priority.

You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are not legally able to contract on your own, a parent, guardian or other legally authorised person must complete the purchase for you.

03 · Life Check

Personalization is a recommendation, not a diagnosis

The Life Check uses your answers to generate rule-based profile signals and recommend journal modules, quantities, layout direction and format-related configuration. You can review the recommendation before purchase and change supported parts of it.

NoCryClub is a planning and organization product. The Life Check and journal pages are not medical, mental-health, legal, financial or other professional advice, and they are not designed to diagnose or treat any condition.

You are responsible for checking that the journal configuration shown before checkout reflects what you want to purchase. If something looks wrong, change it before paying or contact us before placing the order.

04 · Products

Physical and Digital Resets

You can choose a one-time purchase (no automatic renewals) or, where offered, an expressly selected monthly plan. Simply creating an account or completing the Life Check does not start a subscription.

Optional monthly plan

One-time or recurring is your choice

The monthly option creates a recurring charge each month until canceled. The first payment may include a one-time binder/setup difference, and a Physical plan may include a recurring delivery charge. We show the first amount and monthly recurring amount before you confirm the purchase in Stripe Checkout.

Before renewal, we email an invitation to review your current Reset. If you confirm changed pages/layouts before the next successful billing event, that configuration is prepared; otherwise the selection and quantities from your latest paid Reset are carried forward. Renewals only become fulfillable when their payment succeeds.

From My NoCryClub → Monthly plan, you can manage billing details or cancel future renewals. Cancellation is scheduled for the end of your current paid period, with no further automatic charges afterward. Cancel before the next charge to avoid that renewal. Canceling does not, by itself, refund an already-paid order; any statutory cancellation, conformity, withdrawal and refund rights remain applicable.

05 · Price & payment

What you pay

Prices are shown in EUR. The product page and checkout show the current price and, for Physical orders, any delivery charge that applies to the destination you select. Any applicable tax information and the final amount payable are shown before you confirm payment.

Payment for live orders is processed through Stripe Checkout. NoCryClub does not receive your full card number or card security code. Payment methods actually offered can vary by location, device, currency and Stripe availability.

If an obvious pricing or technical error occurs before we accept an order, we may correct it and ask you to place the order again. If payment has already been taken for an order we cannot lawfully or practically fulfil, we will refund the affected amount.

06 · Orders

When a contract is formed

The website and journal preview invite you to place an order; they are not themselves an acceptance of an order. When you proceed to checkout, you are offering to buy the journal configuration shown to you at the displayed price.

A purchase contract is formed when payment is successfully confirmed and NoCryClub accepts the order by recording it as paid and providing the corresponding order confirmation or access. If we cannot accept the order, we will tell you and refund any payment taken.

Each accepted order receives a NoCryClub order reference. Keep that reference when contacting us about delivery, access, a problem with the product, or any statutory consumer right.

07 · Physical Reset

Made around your approved configuration

A Physical Reset is prepared from the personalized configuration you approve before checkout. Because production is based on that configuration, changes may not be possible after an order has been accepted or production has started.

If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help where production has not progressed too far, but we cannot guarantee that an accepted personalized order can be changed or stopped.

Minor differences that are inherent to printing, cutting, paper handling, screen-to-print colour reproduction or handmade assembly are not automatically defects. This does not limit your statutory rights where the product does not conform to the contract.

08 · Digital Reset

Personal-use digital content

When you buy a Digital Reset, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the supplied journal content for your own private, non-commercial purposes. Ownership of the underlying NoCryClub designs, templates, copy and system does not transfer to you.

• You may use the purchased journal for your own planning and organization.
• You may make reasonable personal backup copies where the delivered format allows it.
• You may not resell, sublicense, share publicly, upload for public distribution, or commercially reproduce the files or templates.
• You may not remove rights notices or present NoCryClub templates as your own product for sale or distribution.

Device, operating-system and third-party app compatibility can change over time. Any specific compatibility information known to us will be shown on the Digital Journal page or before purchase. NoCryClub does not control third-party note-taking or PDF applications.

09 · Delivery & access

How you receive your journal

Physical delivery destinations, delivery charges and available methods are those shown during checkout. Any delivery or dispatch estimate is an estimate unless we expressly agree a guaranteed deadline.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If a parcel is returned because the address you supplied was incorrect, incomplete, refused or unclaimed, reasonable re-delivery costs may apply where permitted by law.

Digital delivery or account access is provided using the method described at purchase. If digital content is not delivered when promised, contact us so we can investigate and supply it without unreasonable delay or provide any remedy required by law.

10 · Withdrawal & cancellation

Personalized products have special rules

Consumers buying online generally have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal where that right applies. Latvian distance-contract rules also contain important exceptions for personalized goods and for digital content supplied immediately with the required consent.

If the statutory right of withdrawal applies to your particular order, nothing in these Terms removes it. Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, you may notify us by an unequivocal statement sent to our contact email. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for practical instructions.

The withdrawal exceptions above are separate from your rights when a product or digital item is defective, missing or otherwise does not conform to the contract.

11 · Problems with an order

Faults, non-conformity and remedies

NoCryClub must supply goods, digital content and services that conform to the contract and the mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply to your purchase. Personalization does not remove those statutory protections.

Under Latvian consumer law, consumers can generally make claims about non-conformity discovered within two years of delivery or supply, subject to the rules and time limits that apply to the specific product or digital content.

Depending on the problem and applicable law, remedies may include bringing the product or digital content into conformity, replacement where appropriate, a proportionate price reduction, cancellation of the contract, or refund.

If something is wrong, contact us promptly at hello@nocryclub.com with your order reference and a clear description of the issue. Photos or screenshots can help us understand a physical or digital defect faster.

12 · Accounts

Your NoCryClub account

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping your password confidential. Do not share credentials in a way that gives another person unauthorised access to your purchases or personal journal information.

We may temporarily restrict an account where reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud, security issues, misuse or unlawful activity. We will not use account restrictions to remove consumer rights relating to a valid paid order.

13 · Acceptable use

Use the service normally, not destructively

You must not use NoCryClub to:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, administration areas, servers or data;
• interfere with security features, rate limits, payment flows or the normal operation of the service;
• introduce malicious code, automated abuse, scraping or excessive traffic intended to disrupt the service;
• use the service for fraud, unlawful activity or infringement of another person’s rights;
• copy or exploit NoCryClub content beyond the licence or permission expressly granted to you.

14 · Intellectual property

The journal is yours to use. The system remains ours.

NoCryClub branding, website content, journal templates, layouts, illustrations, written copy, software and personalization system are protected by intellectual-property rights belonging to NoCryClub or its licensors where applicable.

Buying a Physical or Digital Reset gives you the right to use that purchased product as described in these Terms. It does not transfer copyright, trade mark rights, source code, template ownership or the right to create competing commercial copies from NoCryClub materials.

15 · Service availability

NoCryClub can evolve without rewriting your purchase

We may improve, replace or discontinue website features, Life Check questions, journal modules, integrations or account features over time. Changes to the service do not retrospectively remove rights that already arose under an accepted paid order.

We may also temporarily suspend parts of the site for maintenance, security, technical problems or events outside our reasonable control. We will take reasonable steps to restore affected services.

16 · Liability

What these Terms do not try to take away

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, remedies or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. In particular, these Terms do not exclude liability for fraud or any other liability that applicable law says must remain available.

To the extent the law allows, NoCryClub is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed, for losses caused by your misuse of the service, or for problems caused solely by third-party software, devices or services outside our reasonable control.

If you use NoCryClub for business or professional purposes rather than as a consumer, additional limitations may apply under the law and any separately agreed business terms.

17 · Privacy

Your personal data has separate rules

How NoCryClub collects and uses personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy also explains the Life Check personalization process, Stripe payments, newsletter consent, cookies, retention and your data-protection rights.

18 · Complaints & disputes

Please contact us first

If you have a complaint about an order or the service, contact us at hello@nocryclub.com. We will try to understand the issue and provide a written response or proposed solution within the time required by applicable consumer law.

If a consumer dispute cannot be resolved directly, you may be entitled to seek assistance from Latvia’s Patērētāju tiesību aizsardzības centrs (Consumer Rights Protection Centre of Latvia) and, where applicable, an out-of-court consumer dispute resolution body or court.

19 · Applicable law

Latvian law, with mandatory consumer protections preserved

These Terms and NoCryClub consumer contracts are governed by Latvian law, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply regardless of that choice. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the EU or EEA, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections that cannot lawfully be waived in your country of residence.

Disputes may be brought before the courts or consumer dispute bodies that have jurisdiction under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms requires a consumer to give up a legally protected right to bring a claim in a competent court.

20 · Changes

When these Terms change

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the service, law, payment methods, fulfilment or business operations. The effective date at the top of this page tells you which version you are reading.

Unless law requires otherwise or you expressly agree to a change, an update to these Terms does not rewrite the contractual terms that already applied to an order you placed before the new version took effect.
