01 · Scope

How these terms fit together

These Digital Product Terms apply specifically to paid NoCryClub digital products, including a Digital Reset generated from a journal configuration you approve. They form part of the contract between you and the seller identified below.

They should be read together with our Terms & Conditions, Returns & Refunds Policy, Privacy Policy, and the product and checkout information presented for your order. If a mandatory consumer-protection rule gives you stronger rights than these terms, that mandatory rule applies.

02 · The Digital Reset

A personalized digital journal

A Digital Reset is digital journal content selected and assembled using the configuration produced from your Life Check and any changes you make before purchase. It is not a subscription merely because it is connected to a NoCryClub account.

The exact pages, modules, quantities, versions, and structure can differ from one customer's Reset to another. The configuration you approve before checkout is therefore an important part of the product description for your order.

Example pages shown on the website demonstrate the NoCryClub page library and style. They do not mean every example page will be included in your individual Digital Reset unless it appears in the configuration you approve.

03 · Personalization

Your approved configuration matters

NoCryClub uses your Life Check answers and the personalization rules in the service to recommend journal tools, layout variants, and quantities. Before payment, you can review the resulting journal configuration and make the changes the interface allows.

When checkout begins, NoCryClub records a snapshot of the configuration associated with that order. After payment is confirmed, that purchased configuration may be locked so the content supplied corresponds to what you approved.

Personalization is intended to organize and adapt journal tools. It is not medical, psychological, financial, or other regulated professional advice.

04 · Before you buy

Material digital details should be visible first

Before you are bound by a paid order, NoCryClub will provide the material information reasonably needed to understand the digital product you are buying, including the price and, where relevant, its functionality, compatibility, interoperability, delivery method, or technical requirements.

If you have a particular device, application, workflow, accessibility requirement, or technical use that is important to your decision and it is not clearly covered by the product information, contact us before buying rather than assuming compatibility.

05 · Delivery & access

When digital content is supplied

Your Digital Reset will be supplied using the access method and timing disclosed before purchase. Depending on the production setup in use at that time, this may involve access through your NoCryClub account, a secure download, or another clearly described digital delivery method.

Digital content is treated as supplied when the content, or a means of accessing or downloading it, is made available to you as required by the contract. If the content is not supplied when agreed, contact us at hello@nocryclub.com so we can investigate and supply it without undue delay or provide any remedy required by applicable law.

You are responsible for keeping your own lawful copy, download, login details, and device storage secure where the delivery method allows you to do so. We will not intentionally remove statutory rights by describing access as account-based or downloadable.

06 · Compatibility

Your device and third-party software

The Digital Reset is designed for digital use on compatible devices. The product page may refer to devices such as an iPad, tablet, laptop, or desktop, but the exact ability to view, annotate, write on, duplicate, export, sync, or print content depends on the supplied format and the software you choose to use with it.

• NoCryClub does not include a paid third-party note-taking, PDF, cloud-storage, or operating-system licence unless the product description expressly says otherwise.
• Features controlled by Apple, Google, Microsoft, Adobe, Goodnotes, Notability, or another third party can change independently of NoCryClub.
• We remain responsible for compatibility or functionality that we specifically promise as part of the contract.
• If a technical requirement is material, it should be stated before purchase rather than hidden after checkout.

07 · Your licence

Use it for your own life

Subject to payment and these terms, NoCryClub grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Digital Reset supplied for your own private, non-commercial planning and organization.

Where the delivered format permits it, you may keep reasonable personal backup copies and use the same purchased content on devices you personally own or control. This licence does not transfer ownership of the underlying NoCryClub designs, templates, text, artwork, module system, or brand assets.

08 · Restrictions

What the licence does not allow

You may not, without NoCryClub's written permission:

• resell, rent, sublicense, or commercially distribute the Digital Reset or individual NoCryClub pages;
• share the files publicly or provide copies to other people as a substitute for their own purchase;
• upload the files to public repositories, template marketplaces, file-sharing services, or public download links;
• remove ownership notices or present NoCryClub templates, layouts, copy, or artwork as your own commercial product;
• extract or reproduce substantial parts of the NoCryClub page library to build or sell a competing planner, journal, template pack, or similar product;
• use the Digital Reset as a commercial client deliverable or redistribute modified versions of it.

Nothing here prevents ordinary personal use of the journal content you lawfully purchased. These restrictions concern redistribution, commercial exploitation, and copying of NoCryClub intellectual property beyond that personal use.

09 · Intellectual property

You own your entries. We keep our templates.

Your own notes, entries, answers, and original material remain yours. NoCryClub does not claim ownership of the personal content you write into your journal.

NoCryClub and its licensors retain rights in the underlying journal templates, layout designs, written prompts, artwork, branding, module structure, software, and other original materials supplied as part of the product, subject to the personal-use licence granted above.

10 · Account & security

Keep access tied to you

If delivery or future access uses a NoCryClub account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials reasonably secure and for notifying us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Do not intentionally give another person your account credentials so they can obtain or use paid Digital Reset content without their own lawful entitlement. We may use reasonable security measures to protect customer accounts, downloads, and paid content.

11 · Withdrawal rights

Digital delivery has special rules

Consumers buying online may have a statutory withdrawal period. For digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, the law can provide an exception once supply begins, but only where the legal requirements for that exception have actually been satisfied.

Where NoCryClub asks to begin supplying paid digital content during the withdrawal period, any legally required prior express consent and acknowledgement that the withdrawal right will be lost will be requested separately and clearly at checkout or another appropriate pre-supply step. Acceptance of these Digital Product Terms by itself is not intended to replace that separate consent.

See our Returns & Refunds Policy for the practical process. Mandatory rights cannot be removed simply by labelling a purchase "digital" or "non-refundable."

12 · Faults & remedies

If the digital product does not conform

NoCryClub must supply digital content that conforms to the contract and to the mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply. This includes material promises about description, quality, functionality, compatibility, interoperability, supplied instructions, and the journal configuration you approved where those matters form part of the contract.

If the Digital Reset is missing, corrupted, materially incomplete, inaccessible through the promised delivery method, or otherwise non-conforming, contact us. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, remedies can include bringing the digital content into conformity, a proportionate price reduction, or termination/refund where the legal conditions are met.

We may reasonably ask for information needed to diagnose a technical issue, such as the device, operating system, file/application version, screenshot, or error message, provided that doing so is proportionate and consistent with applicable law.

13 · Updates & changes

A one-off Reset is not an endless feature subscription

Unless your purchase expressly says otherwise, buying a Digital Reset does not promise an ongoing stream of new journal pages, redesigns, new features, or future Reset versions for free.

For an explicitly selected monthly Digital Reset, each successful monthly payment orders a new personalized Reset, with optional changes submitted through your account before billing. This does not reduce any mandatory consumer rights concerning digital content, access, updates, or conformity.

14 · Refunds

Refunds depend on why you are asking

A change-of-mind withdrawal request, a failure to supply, and a claim that digital content is defective are legally different situations. The outcome can therefore differ depending on when supply started, what consent was obtained, and whether the digital product conforms to the contract.

Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains the request process. Nothing in these Digital Product Terms reduces any mandatory remedy you have for non-conforming digital content.

15 · Payment & taxes

The checkout total is the order total

The price and any applicable tax presented during your checkout are the amounts that apply to that order. Payment is processed through the payment provider identified at checkout. NoCryClub does not need your full card number in order to maintain the customer order record in its own application.

A one-off Digital Reset purchase does not create a recurring subscription unless the checkout clearly and expressly says that you are purchasing a recurring product.

16 · Availability

Technical problems can happen

We may need to perform maintenance, fix errors, or respond to security incidents affecting NoCryClub account or delivery systems. We will use reasonable efforts to restore access or delivery where an interruption affects a product we are contractually required to supply.

We are not responsible for outages or feature changes in third-party software or services that are outside our control, but this does not excuse NoCryClub from a specific compatibility, delivery, or functionality promise that forms part of your contract.

17 · Privacy

Your digital purchase also uses personal data

NoCryClub processes information needed to personalize the journal, create and maintain the order, provide account access, support the purchase, and meet legal obligations. Payment providers process payment-related information under their own applicable privacy terms.

18 · Changes to these terms

The version for your order matters

We may update these Digital Product Terms when the product, delivery method, or law changes. The effective date at the top identifies the current published version.

Updating these terms later does not retroactively remove mandatory rights or rewrite a completed purchase in a way that applicable law does not allow.

19 · Law & disputes

Consumer protections still follow you

These terms are intended to operate under Latvian law, without depriving an EU/EEA consumer of mandatory protections that apply under the law that cannot validly be excluded in the consumer's situation.

If there is a problem, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Where applicable, consumers may also use the complaint or dispute-resolution options available through the competent consumer-protection authorities.
